Question 1

How soon can I be seen?

Accepted Answer

Availability is live — pick any open slot on an instructor's calendar. Many keep same-week lessons open.

Question 2

I have never danced before — where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Filter by Gentle or Moderate intensity, or book a Trial Session. Every instructor offers options, and nobody will single you out.

Question 3

Do I need my own dance shoes?

Accepted Answer

Each listing shows the props and attire it provides. Most instructors supply loaner shoes and a barre — bring water and comfortable clothes.

Question 4

How late can I book a slot?

Accepted Answer

Slots stay open until a few hours before the lesson starts, subject to the instructor's notice period. Popular evening slots fill earlier than that.

Question 5

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can move or cancel from your account up to the notice period shown on the booking, and the slot is released automatically.

Question 6

I am recovering from an injury — can I still book?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but check the "Not suitable if" note on the listing and message the instructor first. Several instructors run dedicated conditioning and low-impact sessions.
